Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, from the day you received the parcel. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to offer any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please notify us with your concern within the 14 days period. Please only send back the item upon our acknowledgement, we will not accept any return without prior notification. Returned items must be in original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. Confetti by mui reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange or refund request, if these conditions are not met.
Customisation and sales items are excluded from the refund and exchange policies.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow us 1 to 2 workings to do a check on the item before we arrange refund to you. The funds will go back to your original method of payment.
